I very rarely do anything with info-graphics but I happen to come across one I really like. It’s called “What Does an Unhappy Customer Cost You?” It starts off by simply reminding you that almost everyone with a handheld device is now a reporter with a lot of power in their hands. Very true. Reviews, whether bad or good, go a very long way these days and almost everyone has the ability to get themselves heard. It then goes on to show you just how many people make purchases based on what they read of the experience from other shoppers. Reviews are powerful and this info graphic helps illustrate this in a way I think a lot of people can learn from.
